This website is the official site for the Vizcaya Community HOA in Perdido Key, Florida.
Since 2008 the homeowners of Vizcaya, have managed the HOA via a volunteer homeowner elected board of directors consisting of a least three homeowner representatives (President, Treasurer and Secretary). As fellow homeowners the Board looks to enhance and preserve our beautiful community.
The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are meant to protect the rights of each individual while maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum for the community. Overall, the homeowners of Vizcaya have proven to be good neighbors making our community one to enjoy living in. As a community, Vizcaya strives to keep our community one that reflects pride in ownership and to encourage prospective new homeowners to invest in a home. We all desire to keep our neighborhood beautiful and peaceful.
