 Architectural Review

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for giving or denying permission to homeowners who wish to undertake projects that are regulated by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCC&R's) for Vizcaya. If you are planning to undertake a project always read through the complete text of the DCC&R's concerning Architectural Control which commences on Pages 2 & 3 ARTICLE III, Page 3 ARTICLE IV, Pages 3,4, & 5  ARTICLE V  Sections 1,2,8,9,11,12,13,14,15, & 17. Pages 6 & 7 ARTICLE VII Sections 1,2 3, & 4.

After reviewing the (DCC&R's) to see if your project is covered you must submit a request for approval to the Architectural Review Committee. 

Please email your request to vhoadrive@gmail.com and include:

Your name

Address

Phone number

Email address

Description of the project you are planning, including dimensions, color scheme, building materials, whether it will have electricity, gas, or water service. 

In order for your submission to be reviewed, you must submit a copy of your lot survey with the location of the item you plan to erect or change indicated. This includes the setting out of a large tree / trees or shrub / shrubs. The same applies to the removal of a large tree / trees, or shrub / shrubs.

The Architectural Review Committee will contact you and you will receive a signed copy of request reflecting approval or disapproval.

"Do Not Start Any Work or Sign Any Contract Until After You Have Received Approval of Your Project."
