These are not news rules, but rather a friendly reminder of existing rules from our Homeowners Documents as well as common sense items. Please follow these to help keep Vizcaya a pleasant neighborhood.
DO mow your yard on a regular basis.
DO keep your lawn and beds weed free.
DO keep your bushes trimmed, and remove dead fronds.
DO pick up trash your front and side lawns.
DO observe the speed limit on all neighborhood streets.
DON'T park in the street over night.
DON'T park in the grass, WE ARE NOT A LOW RENT NEIGHBORHOOD.
DON'T park or store a trailer of any in the driveway or in the grass.
DON'T park or store a boat / boat with a trailer in the driveway or in the grass.
DO put up or close your hurricane shutters when a hurricane watch or warning is issued, and take them down or open them once them once the storm threat has passed.
DON'T have your hurricane shutters up and closed for weeks or months. We are not a low rent neighborhood.
DO submit a Request for Architectural Review and Approval before making any exterior changes to your home and yard, this includes large trees.
DO pick up after your dog when walking through the neighborhood' it's YOUR Doodie!
Don't let your dog bark for hours.
Do comply with the local noise ordinances, and avoid excessive noise early in morning and late at night.
Do participate in your neighborhood. Contact the Board of Directors to volunteer for the Board, a committee or other community activity.
Do contact the Board of Directors with any suggestions and solutions regarding the neighborhood o r Association.
