Common Areas
The Vizcaya Homeowners Association common areas for maintenance are as follows.
Both grass areas along Gulf Beach Highway, the entrance island, and the bedded areas on each side of Vizcaya Drive.
The landscaped foot area of Santorini Drive.
The landscaped foot area of Milan Drive.
The landscaped foot area of Vizcaya Drive.
The association maintains these areas utilizing our HOA funds by contracting with an outside landscaping company and with volunteer help from your fellow homeowners. If you have any suggestions for improvement in any of these areas or wish to help by volunteering aid please do not hesitate to contact your board members and join in on our maintenance program.
